OUR CARE

Care that’s tailored to your needs

The well-being, happiness and comfort of our residents is our first priority.
Our experienced team proudly provide person-centred care with compassion, including Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia Care.

Our Home Manager will hold a full consultation with you, and your loved ones, to discuss your requirements and create a personal care plan unique to you.

NURSING CARE

Our qualified nursing team provide 24-hour care and support for our residents.

Each resident will be allocated a key nurse who will become a familiar face and answer any queries and anxieties they or their family may have.

RESIDENTIAL CARE

We provide care for elderly people who may be finding it difficult to look after themselves at home. Whether it’s assistance with carrying out daily tasks, or remove the pressures of running a home, we provide assistance where necessary: gaining the benefits of group living while retaining your independence.

RESPITE CARE

Everyone needs a break from time to time,  especially when you’re caring for a loved one or relative. Or perhaps you are just out of hospital yourself and need some assistance for a short period of time while you convalesce.

Accommodating requirements from a week to a few months, we can offer the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a friendly and inviting environment where every day is different.

DEMENTIA CARE

At Earlsferry House Care Home we are proud to specialise in care for those with Alzheimer’s, working closely with individuals, their families and loved ones to ensure residents living with dementia to enjoy a quality of life they deserve.

Our highly trained team create a safe environment to help with perception and awareness, and are trained to connect with residents and deliver an enhanced standard care to meet resident needs.

PALLIATIVE CARE

Going through a terminal illness can be an incredibly difficult time for everyone involved. We know from experience that staying in a familiar environment can make a great difference in how you or your love one copes with the diagnosis, and we provide support and care where we can in these times.
